Only Humans

Match what you’ve done with what needs doing.

Tell us what you’ve accomplished. Tell us what you need accomplished. We look for real overlap — and introduce you only if both sides want the conversation.

What we match on

Not what we rank on

  • Job titles
  • Keywords
  • Schools
  • Years of experience
  • Industry labels
  • Company prestige

What we look at

  • What you accomplished
  • What you personally contributed
  • The context you did it in
  • What you want to do next
  • What a company needs done
  • Location, timing and pay

How it works

  1. 1

You tell us what you did

Not a resume — a few paragraphs about something you accomplished, the situation you did it in, and what was actually yours. Then what you want to do next.

  2. 2

We look for who needs it done

Companies describe outcomes they need, in the same terms. We use AI to reason across both — analogous work, transferable context, real constraints — and a person reads every result.

  3. 3

    You decide whether to talk

We tell you what the work is and what it pays before you commit to anything. Nothing reaches an employer without your permission.

Why we built this

I’ve spent the past decade recruiting for startups. My teams and I have made hundreds of hires for dozens of companies. Before a recruiter or hiring manager decides who to interview, they read a resume or a LinkedIn profile — and what they are looking for is whether that person has already done the same thing, or something very close to it, in a similar context. That’s it.

So that is what we match on: your accomplishments against the outcomes an employer needs from the role, plus the practical things like location and compensation. If there is no alignment at that level, there is no reason to talk. It wastes both sides’ time.

This is an experiment to find out whether that saves everyone the time and money now spent applying for jobs and reading applications. Simple matching done by AI, with agreement from both sides before any connection is made.

It is completely free for now. If it proves useful, we will add a small fee for employers — much cheaper than an agency or LinkedIn Recruiter.

A person reads every submission and every match we find. No mass applications, no mass outreach, and no algorithm quietly deciding you are not a fit. Nothing moves forward unless both sides want it to.

It is early, and we are honest about that. We may not find you anything, and we will not pretend a match is more than it is.
