Only Humans introduces people to opportunities based on what they have actually accomplished and what an organisation actually needs accomplished. We read what you write, use AI to help us reason about who might fit what, and a person decides whether to raise a possible match with you. Nothing moves forward unless both sides want it to.

These terms are an agreement between you and TurboSource, Inc.. By using Only Humans or submitting either form, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the service.

We’re testing whether accomplishment-based matching works at all. We may find you nothing. We may find you one thing. We may change how any of it works, or stop running it. Submitting a form is not an application, and it doesn’t create any obligation on our part to find you anything or to contact you at all.

We don’t claim our matching is accurate, complete, or better than any other method of finding work or finding people. It is a judgement, made with the help of a machine, about whether two humans should probably have a conversation.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you’re using Only Humans on behalf of a company, you confirm you’re authorised to do so and to share what you submit.

• That what you tell us is true. The whole premise is evidence of what you have actually done. Inventing accomplishments wastes everyone’s time, including yours.
• That you have the right to share it. Don’t submit anyone else’s personal information, your employer’s confidential information, or anything covered by an agreement you’ve signed.
• That the contact details you give us are yours. We’ll text or email the number and address you provide.

Described in full in our Privacy page. In short: we use it to look for matches and to contact you about them, we don’t share it with the other side without your permission, and a candidate’s compensation expectations are never shown to an employer.

You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to store it and use it for the purposes described in the Privacy page, and to describe your background to a potential match once you’ve agreed to that.

If you consent, we’ll text you about potential matches. Messages are sent by a person, frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop them, or email legal@turbosource.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Only Humans doesn’t employ anyone, doesn’t make hiring decisions, and isn’t a party to anything that happens between a candidate and a company after we introduce them. We don’t verify what either side tells us, we don’t run background checks, and we don’t vouch for anyone. Interviewing, offers, contracts, references, and everything that follows are between the two of you.

We do not currently charge anyone — candidates or employers — to use Only Humans. If that ever changes, we’ll say so clearly before it applies to you.

We may decline a submission, stop showing someone matches, or remove anyone from Only Humans, at our discretion — for example if a submission looks fabricated, abusive, or not made in good faith. We’ll tell you if we do, unless there’s a good reason not to.

Only Humans is provided as-is. We don’t warrant that it will be available, error-free, or that any match it suggests will be suitable, accurate, or lead to anything. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, TurboSource, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, opportunities, or income, arising from your use of Only Humans. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to USD 100.

Some places don’t allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We’ll change the date at the top, and if a change materially affects you and we have a way to reach you, we’ll tell you directly. Continuing to use Only Humans after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Before either of us takes a formal legal step, we both agree to try a good-faith conversation first. Write to legal@turbosource.ai and we will genuinely try to sort it out.
